HOUSE RULES

Check-In time is 2:00 pm Check-Out time is 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Upon Check-Out leave the keys on the kitchen counter, thermostat is to be registered on 78 degrees.

Unless otherwise agree in writing, i) no more than a maximum of six (6) Guests are allowed to occupy the Lakehouse, and ii) large parties or gatherings are not permitted. At no time during the Rental Term will there be a large party or group in the Lakehouse or upon the common property or the property upon which the Lakehouse is located.

No more than 3 cars may be parked in front of the Cottage at all times. If additional parking is needed cars may be parked at the Boat Storage building.

No wet, dirty, or muddy shoes are allowed inside the Lakehouse. Shoes must be removed before entering. Muddy or wet clothing must be put in the laundry basket inside the laundry closet.

Guests are responsible for straightening up the Lakehouse prior to departure, including i) returning all furniture to its original location, ii) placing all bed linens, towels, and washcloths in the laundry basket in the laundry closet, iii) placing all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and pots and pans in the sink, and iv) all trash from all rooms shall be placed in plastic garbage bags, tied and placed in the dumpster at the boat storage building.

Bed linens, towels, washcloths, glasses, nor dishes shall be removed from the Lakehouse at any time, for any reason. Towels and washcloths are for bathing only. There will be a replacement charge for any bed linens, towels, washcloths, glasses or dishes missing/damaged or unusable or for any other items within the Lakehouse or on the front/side porches.

Any water spillage in the bathroom or the kitchen area must be promptly wiped up at all times.

Telephone service is not available at this time. Guests must have a cell phone with cell tower access. Guests must provide the Rental Property Owner or its representative with its cell number.

No students (anyone under the age of 25) are allowed as the primary responsible party. Students require continuous supervision. Violation will result in eviction with loss of Security Deposit.

Absolutely no trailers, tents, or RVs allowed on the Lakehouse property. A violation will result in eviction with loss of Security Deposit.

The boat slip identified as Rossi may be used for watercraft. No other slips may be used.

Watercraft trailers may be stored in the Boat Storage compartment identified as Rossi.

It is the Guest’s responsibility to take out appropriate insurance to cover all aspects of their stay. Keeping valuables in the Lakehouse or any recreational vehicle or other vehicle on the property is the sole risk of Guests. Lakehouse Owner and Owner’s Representative accepts no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen property. The Guest is urged to ensure that all members of their party have appropriate insurance.

Upon check out leave all blinds down and closed, position the upstairs thermostat to off and position the downstairs thermostat to 78 degrees in summer and 50 degrees in winter.
